Over the last fifty plus years, Towne has engaged in property development and management including condo sales, developing award-winning apartments, landominiums, and commercial and recreation properties.  We began with the transformation of Mt. Adams’ historic row houses into a revitalized neighborhood and continue a significant presence in Mt. Adams with our corporate headquarters in The Monastery as well as apartments and condominiums. Towne Properties continues to be dedicated to building value through long-term ownership.

Towne is a customer service-focused company valuing its’ associates by providing competitive pay and excellent benefits (insurance, paid time off, 401(k) & more), encouraging continued learning and training provided by Towne University and other institutions, offering growth and advancement through promotions from within, and the opportunity to serve the community through various charitable endeavors.

Insurance and paid-time-off benefits are offered to regular full-time associates working a minimum of 32 hours per week.  Health Insurance benefits only are offered to associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week.  Full-time and part-time associates are eligible for 401(k) participation if and when they have met the eligibility requirements.
